We were able to spend ten great days in Manuela and Michael's log cabin in the middle of the Lapland wilderness. Despite record temperatures (-40°), which also brought local Lapland residents to the border, we were always looked after and never had the feeling of being left alone.
The house's electrical system is ancient, which has often led to fuses tripping under heavy loads (very cold). The owners are aware of this and it is definitely on their to-do list ;-)
